Beta Accounts

This is a feature in the game in which you make multiple accounts under 1 account. In this case you make up to 2 new accounts called betas under 1 main account. You can create a beta account the same way you would with a regular account. To start making a Beta on your original account, click on My Mobster. Toward the bottom is a blue button that says Create Beta. Once you click on that, you will be able to create a Beta account using a unique name as before. You currently can only switch between a Beta and your main once an hour, so choose wisely.

There are a few things that will not change when you create a Beta, those are: Favor Points, Mob Size, Your top Mob (you can only claim once a day as well as the daily 200 Energy Link, so if you claim on your Beta you will not be able to claim it on your Main), on your profile page, your achievements will not change, so if you have some achievements you want you can try and get them on your Beta instead. Hired Guns & Agents will stay on all accounts so you won't need to buy more. Your ID and wall with comments will also stay the same.

There are several things that change when you create a Beta account, they are as follows: Your Stats will reset to 0. The missions will reset as your account will be at level 1, so all missions will start at the beginning. Any Limited Edition items you may have purchased, won from the Lucky Draw, or achieved through a mission will not be on this account, you will have to re-do everything to get them if they are still available. Your bounty will reset to $10,000 and you'll need to buy properties again to increase it. You can get on the Made Man's list on your Beta account as well as your main account.

Here are some things you should know about your Beta: Your Top Mob will show the person's account they are currently on. If you move to a Beta, the other person's top mob will reflect that and your new bounty. There is a 1 hour cool down before switching to a new beta or back to the main account. If you attack someone or kill them from your beta, then switch back to your main account, when they go to attack it will take them to whatever account you are currently signed in on. You will not collect income on your Beta's or Main if you are not actively on them. When energy is sent or returned to you, it is sent to the account you are currently on, not the account that sent it or was intended to receive it.
